Nobody is watching the scrubs aisle. You should be.
A subscriber sent in a pattern. FIGS scrubs selling in a day. Maternity scrub pants gone in two hours.
She asked for a deep dive, so I pulled the whole category (+125 keywords). We agreed you all need this info.
Thanks for not gatekeeping, Kylie!
Here’s what you need to know:
Google search data shows Koi scrubs at 74,000 searches a month. Three months ago it was 18,100. That is up 309% in 90 days, and up 400% from this time last year. It is the highest Koi has been in nearly four years of data.
For context, Google search data shows FIGS at 301,000 and Mandala at 246,000. Those two are the giants, steady and huge. Koi is the one moving. It is climbing into a lane the big brands already proved buyers want, and almost no resellers are sourcing it by name yet.
Then there is the crossover. Google search data shows FIGS maternity scrubs up 175% over the past year. Small numbers, real climb, near zero competition. Buyers looking for one specific thing that barely anyone lists.
These are workwear buyers with a shift to show up to. They are not browsing. They know exactly what they need.

The full scrubs and maternity demand guide.
We built the whole read into one page. What buyers are actually searching across scrubs, maternity, and the maternity scrub crossover. Every number is real search data, the most recent month we have.
Stop paying for a keyword guide from years ago. We give these away because the data moves fast and knowing it first is the edge.

Maternity scrubs. The small, steady, low competition pocket.
The Receipts
Four cocktail dress sales from one keyword switch.
Amanda (Facebook follower) was listing under the wedding guest angle and it was not landing. She switched to cocktail dress and cocktail attire, the keywords we called, and the sales followed. Her words: "Cocktail dress brought my sales up tremendously. Just sold my 4th." Four sales in a week.
One closet, a batch of retitles, sales on multiple platforms.
@trimsandhems (TikTok) reworked a stack of old listings with keywords from our calls, wide leg, culottes, autumn wedding guest. Her words: "I updated a few listings with recommendations you previously provided and had a few sales." Verified by screenshots, some sitting for months.
Source Koi scrubs and FIGS maternity this week. Both are climbing and the market has not caught up.
And now you know.
